Safe mask washable and reusable - Category 1

Mask 3 layers in fine jersey, with three layers of organic cotton GOTS certified inside, and an outer face in polyamide.

Category 1 "general public" mask, evaluated by the Pole Textile Alsace under the report N ° RP_UHA-PTA_20200824-P03-CLT0044, guaranteeing particle filtration from 3 µm to 98% and tested up to 50 washes.

Breathability measured at 113 L.m-2.s-1.

Developed according to AFNOR SPEC S76-001 recommendations.

Light and comfortable to wear. He received antibacterial treatment for hygienic reasons, in particular to avoid odors following the humidity of breathing.

Filtration greater than 90% is due to the density of the mesh and the number of layers.

Mask called "alternative" for non-sanitary uses according to the interministerial circular of 29/03/2020.

MAINTENANCE

We recommend washing the mask before wearing it the first time. The wearing of the mask must not exceed 4 consecutive hours.

Before opening, store the mask in its original protective packaging, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. Store it in a maximum humidity of 75% and at a temperature between -2°C and +55°C to preserve all its characteristics.

Washing :

1. Machine wash the mask with detergent. Choose a washing program that includes at least 30 min at 60°C minimum. You can put it in the washing machine.

2. After touching the mask, wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based solution.

3. This mask was tested for 50 washes. Beyond 50 washes, the filtration of the mask is no longer guaranteed.

After washing:

1. Dry the entire mask (the inner layers should also be completely dry).

2. For this, you can use a dryer (making sure to clean the filters of the dryer and wash your hands afterwards), use a hair dryer, or even dry your mask in the open air on a clean and disinfected support.

3. Steam iron your mask at temperature by adjusting your iron to 1 point (120°C / 130°C).

4. As soon as the mask is dry, store it to keep it in a clean, airtight packaging (plastic bag or freezer bag for example).
